Personal Lines Broker Assistant

Job Duties:
- Reviewing Final Notice and NSF Payment notifications sent to clients
- Quote Assistance
- Receiving and processing payments from clients
- Reviewing Company Memos
- Contacting Clients and Company Underwriters for information
- Accessing Company Portals for various items
- Reporting Claims to Insurance Companies
- Completing Home Evaluations (ITVs)
- Sending Confirmations of Insurance to lienholders/lessors
- Requesting Claims Experience Letters
- Requesting Vehicle Inspection Reports
- Premium Increase Investigation
- Processing Change Requests and New Business applications on Insurance Company Portals
- Issuing Pink Cards
- Reviewing Required Coverages for New Business, Renewals and Endorsements
- Assisting the Personal Lines Brokers with customer service calls, emails and client visits
- Relief Reception
- Other Administrative Duties using Microsoft products (Word/Excel) and Data Entry
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Level 1 or Level 2 General Insurance License
- Minimum 3 years of Personal Lines Brokerage Experience
- Computer system (TAM/Agency Manager or Epic) and Insurance Company portal knowledge an asset
- Well organized
- Able to work well in a team environment and independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
