Job Description:
- Service and develop a book of business
- Cross selling additional lines of business from current mono-line list/li>
- Selling new policies to client referrals
- Review coverages, educate, and assist customers regarding their insurance needs
- Attending internal agency and Insurance Company meetings
- Working together with an assigned Broker Assistant
- Processing Policy Changes and New Business on several Insurance Company Portals
- Reviewing information on Company Portals
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Level 1 or 2 General Insurance License
- Minimum 2-3 years of agency experience selling and servicing insurance policies
- Computer and Insurance Company Portal knowledge required
- Prior experience on The Applied System (TAM), Compuquote and Intact (Savers) system an asset
- Well organized
- Ablility to work well in a team environment and independantly
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Adaptable to change

Job Description:
- Drafting letters to clients
- Issuing Certificates of Insurance
- Quote and Proposal Assistance
- Receiving and applying payments from clients
- Reviewing Company Memos
- Contacting Clients and Company Underwriters for information
- Accessing Company Portals for various items
- Reporting Claims to Insurance Companies
- Completing Home Evaluations (ITVs)
- Reviewing Final Notice and NSF Payment notifications sent to clients
- Reviewing Broker Renewal Expiry Lists
- Sending Confirmations of Insurance to lienholders/lessors
- Requesting Claims Experience Letters
- Requesting Vehicle Inspection Reports
- Premium Increase Investigation
- Processing Change Requests
- Issuing Pink Cards
- Assisting the Commercial Lines Team with customer service calls, emails and client visits
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Level 1 or 2 General Insurance License
- Minimum 2-3 years of prior insurance industry experience
- Computer and Insurance Company Portal knowledge required
- Prior experience on The Applied System (TAM) an asset
- Well organized
- Ablility to work well in a team environment and independantly
- Ability to multi-task

Job Description:
- Primary role is to produce New Commercial Lines Business.
- Provide Clients & Prospects with prompt advice and assist in the understanding of risk and insurance.
- Develop and maintain a prospect list through the referral process, on line leads program and networking, resulting in Commercial Lines growth.
- Required to underwrite for several insurance companies, negotiate and follow up with underwriters on the status of quotes and issue policies.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Level I or Level II general insurance license preferred.
- Minimum 2 – 3 years of experience.
- Experience in servicing and selling insurance policies an asset.
- Experience with The Applied System (TAM) software an asset.
- Well organized with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
